Spring Training workouts begin this Friday for the Atlanta Braves at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
The smell of popcorn and peanuts will begin to once again fill the air as the Atlanta Braves begin their 17th season of spring training at Champion Stadium at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The first spring home game is scheduled for February 26th against the Detroit Tigers.
The 17 game home schedule will host some of the league’s marquee clubs, including the New York Yankees (March 19) and the St. Louis Cardinals (March 15). The World Series champion Boston Red Sox will even entertain on (March 22).
Be sure to bring the entire family for a day at this premier ballpark. Enjoy fireworks during the singing of the National Anthem at various games, Disney character appearances, and be sure to bring the kids so they can run the bases after each game.
…cause it’s one, two, three strikes your out at the old ball game!
