Disney has been under heavy construction for quite some time now, with new lands, rides, hotels and transportation. The Disney Skyliner will move guests through the sky, suspended on cables between select resorts and theme parks.
Disney hasn’t released much information about the “gondola vehicles” that guests will ride in, but today, one Twitter user was lucky enough to possibly solve some of these mysteries by spotting what seems to be the first gondola being transported onto Disney property.
The vehicle has a reflective glass outer shell that should give the guest the ability to see outside, but ground viewers won’t be looking in.
The original concept art shows character designs on the outside of the gondola vehicles, but we aren’t sure if Disney will stay true to this design or if this will be the final product.
The gondolas at fist glance look like they may hold about six to eight riders. We can’t conform this until looking inside.
