Last night was a beach party blast from the past as “The Beach Boys” gave a surprise performance at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort. The No. 1 selling American band of all time performed all of the their top hits including my favorites, “Good Vibrations” and “God Only Knows.”
The poolside party marked the official opening of every one of the hotel’s 1,800 moderate and value priced rooms that evoke the classic, retro-feel of iconic beach resorts from the 1950s and 60s. The Cabana Bay Resort has a fun retro design that features 2 pool courtyards, a bowling alley and the recent opening of a lazy river.
The resort is sure to be a huge draw and add to the awesome fun of Universal Orlando!
